I used this eSIM during my recent trip to Hong Kong, and the overall experience was excellent. Activation was very fast; I was online within minutes of scanning, which was very convenient as I didn't need to change SIM cards. Everything works fine. But when I tried to add more MB to the package, it only takes effect after the previous package expires. I had to buy a new SIM card and install it. I couldn't contact customer support.
