Good self guided tour, it was clear when to stop & restart. We had one audio on a phone between 4 people which was adequate.

I booked the tour for my friends and me. The young woman was passionate about Heidelberg and gave us a wonderful tour. It was especially great that we were a small group of only 7 people. That made it really enjoyable. I would gladly book again anytime, as the process was seamless and we even received a reminder about our booked tour beforehand.
