I booked a private trip to Dagu Glacier from Chengdu. The journey starts at 6am. We reached Dagu around 11.30am and explore Dagu for 2-4 hours. The entrance ticket and the sightseeing bus are already included in this package, so you only have to show your passport. There are oxygen tanks being sold at the entrance, you just need to ask them. I bought 2 for 60Y. The sightseeing bus to cablecar station takes around 45mins, there are few check points before reaching the station and it was all so stunning. The cablecar ticket had to be purchased at the ticketing service (150Y return trip). The cablecar takes around 10mins. At the top, it was all white and fluffy. You can take your time there. There is also a coffee shop there but I didn’t try it. I reached the entrance around 4pm and arrived Chengdu at 9pm. Along this trip, I was very thankful to my private charter, he was very patient and was very helpful throughout the process. This package is very much recommended!! Thank you!Trip.com picks
