This day trip is an absolute must do when visiting Hiroshima. Our tour guide Joe San was super informative and it was touching to hear how passionate he is about the city he and his family come from and live (Joe San also gifted each group a paper crane, made by his wife which was so appreciated!) The tour was really well planned out and we felt really good value for money too. All in all a fabulous trip that shouldn’t be missed.

Our guide, Jorge, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He also speaks a little Italian. He gave us valuable information. The island was very crowded, and with a three-hour tour, you can't take your time, just visit the temples and grab a quick bite to eat. You can't stop at the shops to buy souvenirs.

This pass is absolutely amazing!!! Combined with the Amanohashidate entrance fee, the round trip to Amanohashidate alone is enough to break even!!! All other attractions are practically free!

Our guide, Tommy, was so friendly and informative. It is an important time in history to never forget so we appreciated his perspective. The city is peaceful and beautiful and such an opposing backdrop to the horror that happened there. You cover quite a bit of ground over the tour and see the many ways the Japanese have commemorated this event. So glad we took our teens there so they can learn about this story and hopefully history never repeats itself.


