The price was reasonable, and the itinerary matched the description. However, there were two issues: the limousine bus was very old; and because there were people with different occupancy levels on the same bus, before the boat ride to Tam Coc, we had to wait on the bus for about 40 minutes while the rest of the group went boating. The guide did a great job. I recommend the tour. The buffet lunch was excellent!★

I opted for a tour and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The entire itinerary was well-organized, the guide was friendly and knowledgeable, and each site offered something unique.
The Wu Cave is definitely worth climbing—the views from the top are breathtaking. My favorite part was the boat trip in Trang An. The scenery was serene and enchanting, and drifting among the limestone mountains felt like stepping into a movie.
The transportation was comfortable, the lunch was delicious with plenty of options, and the whole day felt smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Hanoi! Absolutely great value for money.★

I booked a tour 5 days in advance for a family of 4. The organization was excellent. They contacted me via WA the day after booking to confirm the address and give an approximate time for the bus to pick us up. They contacted me again the day before and gave the exact time and bus number. Since our hotel was in Hanoi's Old Quarter, we were picked up directly from the hotel. If the hotel is outside the Old Quarter, they pick us up at specific points. The tour was timed precisely, and we managed to visit all the locations. There were stops along the route (restrooms, water, coffee). But there were no unnecessary stops where you could buy unnecessary items at double the price, which was great! It was a hot day, so they gave out two free bottles of water. The tour itself included three locations and three activities. It was incredibly beautiful and interesting, everything matched the description. My suggestion would be to add a little more historical information. We had children with us, aged 11 and 9, they whined, but they climbed 500 steps 😁
