It was my first time using this service. There is a long line at immigration in Vietnam, so I thought I'd give it a try and made a reservation. A staff member was waiting for me in front of immigration. There were a lot of people holding papers with different names on them, so I had to keep a close eye on them, but they were there. After meeting up with the staff member, they checked my boarding pass and guided me straight through immigration! When I arrived, there was only one person going through immigration, so I was able to enter the country with almost no waiting. It's a little pricey, but it's worth it!!★

It's worth purchasing this ticket to maximize your travel time. If you don't purchase it yourself, you'll likely be waiting at least two hours. I didn't initially decide to purchase it, but I think it was a good decision. The excellent service, official signage, and the convenient entry system were a great value for my trip to Vietnam.
For those traveling in a group, don't waste your money. Fortunately, our flight wasn't delayed as expected.
Choosing an airline is important; no matter what time you arrive, you'll be guaranteed excellent service.
Regarding travel from your home country, no matter where you're coming from, you'll still be greeted with a warm welcome.
Another important thing is to have all your travel documents ready. This is crucial to avoid wasting time later.
