Once the agent is able to identify you at the airport, the whole process is smooth. - Probably I arrived earlier than the booking time so I need to wait longer. But if U arrives at your booking time, everything will go smoothly. Would definitely book again. Save a lot of time especially if you are travelling at hochiminh airport. Customer service will reply you in 1 minute when you have any questions. No need to worry about contacting. They will automatically guide you to the place where you meet the agent. I can’t say it was worth it since our the airport was pretty much empty when we arrived in Vietnam, but I would highly recommend when arriving/departing from Hanoi
