Booked the arrival fast track service, it’s really help although still need to queue but definitely faster than normal immigration check. Overall process took me 20 mins with fast track, while the normal queue for immigration check during my arrival could takes up to an hour or more since many visitors on the timing of arrival.

I knew the Vietnam immigration lines were always long, so I bought my ticket, and I think I got through in less than 10 minutes. Waiting for check-in at the airport after flying is incredibly tiring. I was so grateful for the quick check-in and the friendly guidance from the initial instructions all the way to the waiting counter.
