It was such a wonderful service that I wish the whole world had this system. I used it both days of my two-day stay. The guides on the first and second days were different. The guide on the first day was a licensed guide, while the guide on the second day was not. A licensed guide is definitely better. 1. They spoke Japanese well. Fluent. The guide on the second day was good at listening but not so good at answering. But being able to communicate in Japanese reduces stress. 2. Naturally, they were knowledgeable about the island. The guide on the first day gave detailed information about the festival and sightseeing etiquette. Both of them provided local information that changes daily, and when I asked for lunch, they took me to a nice restaurant. 3. The price was clear and explained. 4. It was okay to communicate in advance in Japanese. We communicated in Roman letters. The only downside was that departure from the hotel was the only option. To have them pick you up at the airport, do some sightseeing, and then drop you off at the hotel, just write "Please pick me up at the airport" in Roman letters in the comments section.★

This tour is heartwarming thanks to the friendly and warm guide. The route is clean and there are no shopping tours, just the usual stuff. They put their heart and soul into it. I recommend this tour to anyone traveling solo in Bali who wants to explore Ubud. The lunch provided on the tour is also delicious.★
