My first time and this was amazing! So much fun. The guides are very knowledgeable and experienced so don't feel scared. There were children in rafters so it's for all ages. A must do when you're in CR! Juan was our bus guide and Allan was in our raft. Both gentlemen were so nice and fun! Book this trip! I'm sorry we didn't have enough cash for tip!!! Thank you to both guys!★

We had the BEST night with Miguel and his mom. The whole night was a blast. We got a tour of the farm which was really nice. Miguel told us about a bunch of native plants, crops and flowers. And they have pigs! They were so cute. The cooking part was so fun. Everyone was involved and it made it really enjoyable. Dinner was delicious! Definitely recommend this experience! ★

Absolutely WONDERFUL experience! Fernando was especially amazing working with our 11 year old son with autism as well as getting our entire family of 5 down the river safely. It was pouring rain during our trip and we still had a blast...we laughed soooo much! The water in the Rio Celeste was amazing....so clean and dark sapphire blue during the rain. I'm glad we chose to drive a little further and go into the Rio Celeste vs. the tours by the volcano. Fernando made sure we didn't get stuck and guided our tubes (all hitched together) through the rapids. No one fell out or got hurt! Loved the the bottom of the tubes were padded so no one got hit by any rocks. The guys pointed out a sloth and found a beautiful tree frog during one of our stops. They also let the boys swing off a handled rope swing into the river as well as helped them climb up. Fernando also found some volcanic clay and we all got facials! Lol Annnd we did not encounter any snakes! I can't say enough about this tour, it's the best tubing adventure we've ever experienced. And we've been on several in the mountains of NC and TN. Thank you guys for the wonderful memories! ★

This experience absolutely deserves a five-star rating! Their desserts are especially impressive—the Napoleon pastry is crispy and creamy, absolutely amazing! The crepes are also made to perfection, sweet but not overly sweet. 🍰
Even better, the desserts are replenished incredibly quickly, so you never miss out! The seafood section's sashimi and cold cuts are incredibly fresh, as if fresh from the sea. The hot dishes are incredibly easy to choose from, with both Chinese and Western options available. Overall, the quality of the ingredients and the service are impeccable. The boat owners were very good. They confirmed with the guests 10 minutes in advance how long it would take to get to the pier! Unfortunately, we really didn't catch the 19:50 boat on time because of traffic jam in the tunnel. The next step was to discuss with the boat owner whether we could change to the 8:30 boat. The lady said, if you really can't make it, then I can only change you to the next boat. After the change, she called me 3 times to confirm and asked if we can definitely catch it? Very responsible. Ctrip's customer service was also very timely and gave me follow-up feedback. Because my relative was sent to the Central Pier, I had to change to the boat on the evening of the 16th. In short, the service industry in Hong Kong is no longer as indifferent as before, nor is it as high-handed as before. Now mainland compatriots are treated like gods. This boat is the cutest because there is a cute inflatable baby on the bow! Free mineral water and drinks are given on the boat, and the little sister will come up to serve you again at the Central Pier and ask if you want a drink! Absolutely awesome.
