Popular yet not crowded, lively yet not noisy, clean, comfortable, and a wonderful vacation! Ctrip's order management, message reminders, and airport pick-up service were all excellent. The Haitang Bay No. 9 Hotel was even better than expected, especially the swimming pool, green spaces, gazebos, private beach, and other public facilities, all of which were fantastic! My friends were very satisfied. The seafood at Chunyuan Square in Sanya city center was delicious. Throughout the entire trip, we didn't encounter any overcharging or rip-offs.
