It's comfortable and fast. I found this train on my first trip to Korea and tried it out. It's not particularly inconvenient even if you don't speak Korean. The scenery is beautiful, so it's a pleasant ride. However, there is also a bus from the airport, so you might want to prioritize that even if it costs more. This train only goes as far as Seoul, so you'll need to transfer.

There was a top-up machine next to the machine, so I deposited most of my cash into the WOWPASS and have been using it ever since.
