Sophia was a wonderful tour guide. She met us at the airport, communicated ahead of time where to meet, provided an agenda, but was flexible to our needs. We had a great lunch in a traditional Korean restaurant, loved the tour of the Imperial Palace and grounds, experienced the market, had tea at a traditional tea house, just an incredible to spend the day out seeing Seoul instead of sitting at the airport. She was very knowledgeable about Korean history and culture, was a safe driver, her vehicle was very clean and she provided us with cold water for the day. Overall, we were so happy with our tour with Sophia and it was a great way for us to celebrate a birthday.

Good deal for me as this is a cheaper option to book this AREX train via Trip.com. Almost seamless experience for me to travel from Seoul station to ICN T1. I could understand the booking instructions. After obtaining the email details, would need to go to the AREX website to reserve my seats. But note that once reached Seoul station for the AREX Express train gate, best is to just go straight to the human assistance counter, show the booking conformation and let them quickly print the tickets for you!

Trip.com's day trips are perfect for independent travelers! I originally booked a W1 tour, but it didn't go through, so customer service called to ask if I wanted to switch to the next day. Everything was handled very well! Our guide, CJ, took great care of us the whole time. He even helped my aunt with ordering food in Chinese on Wolmi Island. We were both very well-fed; the seafood and shellfish were very fresh. Feeding the seagulls was also a lot of fun. The day trip experience was truly fantastic, highly recommended! 😘
