my kids used this, we travel with individual connections rather than using wifi router.. we had experience of getting separated and there were no available internet.. so having individual connection is a must ...  signal was good, the connection was reliable

I used it in NYC and Dallas, TX, and it was excellent. I had no issue to activate it. It is recommended when you are in USA.

This is my second purchase of this product. Due to some operational issues, I couldn't activate it properly. The customer service from Trip.com and the eSIM provider was excellent. They patiently understood my problem and provided detailed instructions, allowing me to successfully activate it. The eSIM signal is stable, the network speed is good, and the customer service is trustworthy. For eSIM purchases, definitely choose Trip.com!

Convenient and great value for money. Easy registration. Got a signal as soon as I arrived in the US. 617 baht for 20 days of use. Good signal even in rural areas. Some areas only have 4G signal, but it didn't affect anything. Feels much better value than buying roaming and a SIM card. There will be no signal during layovers at other airports, but I used the airport WiFi. Nice signal, very easy and cheap.

Having used an eSIM while traveling abroad, I can honestly say that it was more convenient and comfortable than I expected. In the past, when traveling abroad, I would purchase a local SIM card or rent a Wi-Fi router at the airport, but I often had to deal with the hassle of completing the procedures and returning the card, as well as unstable connectivity. With an eSIM, I could set it up while I was still in Japan and immediately access the internet upon arriving, significantly reducing the stress of traveling. What I found particularly convenient was being able to use map apps and ride-hailing apps without any issues from the moment I arrived at the airport. This reduced my worries about getting lost, even in a new country, and made it easy to find my way to my hotel and search for tourist spots. Being able to stay in touch with family and friends in Japan via social media and messaging apps also gave me a great sense of security, making it easy to lose track of time even while traveling abroad. The connection speed and stability were also satisfactory, allowing me to watch videos, search the web, and use translation apps without any hassle. Setup was easier than I expected, and since there's no need to swap SIM cards, even people unfamiliar with smartphones can use it with confidence. I think a major benefit is that you don't need to prepare a new SIM card each time you travel to multiple countries. Using an eSIM overseas this time really brought home to me how convenient and practical it is. It was such a satisfying experience that I'd definitely choose an eSIM over a Wi-Fi router or physical SIM the next time I travel abroad. I think eSIMs are a very reassuring option for people who travel or go on business abroad frequently.
