Reviews: Night Walk Tour and Jungle Dinner in Jaco

My husband and I had a fun adventure that took us out of our comfort zone a bit, which I liked We were driven down a long, bumpy dirt road and then we parked and started our jungle walk. We honestly didn't see a whole bunch of critters but we did see a few (bird, snake, spider and other insects). The ambiance of walking, in the jungle, down an actively flowing river bed, that started from a waterfall, coupled with the rain, and being in Costa Rica was priceless! Geriold was a wonderful guide and was able to spot the smallest of insects so easily. He took us to a restaurant close to where we hiked that had wonderful food. I definitely recommend this tour if you want to do something different.★

Had a great experience. Did the 8:30am tour and there was only 3 of us. Saw lots of birds and crocodiles and one crocodile came really close to the boat. Was amazing. I recommend ★

The monkey tour was truly an incredible experience. Our guides, Carlos and Jose, were professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the monkeys. The monkeys themselves were so gentle and sweet — many even landed on me and approached to be fed. It was heartwarming to see how well cared for they are. They roam freely in their natural habitat and aren’t confined in any way. Watching the mother and baby monkey together was especially touching! The lunch provided was outstanding, and the fresh fruit was delicious. I highly recommend this unforgettable adventure!

We had an amazing time on our tour of the waterfalls. To be honest we wouldn't have thought we would have been able to make the climb up past the first 5 waterfalls, but our guide Deyvin Josué was so great. He made sure we were safe the whole time. Our 2 youngest kids ages 7 and 10 were able to make the climbs safely with his help.... And he helped my wife and I. It was a great workout. The views were amazing and we learned a lot about the plants and trees in the area and saw frogs, lizards and insects along the way. I highly recommend doing this if you are in the area.★

Our tour guide Jorge was wonderful. He took a little time to get to know us before starting our tour so he could provide a phenomenal experience. He was knowledgeable about ecosystems and showed us wildlife in their habitats. His positive attitude and fun demeanor were the icing on the cake.★

This was a wonderful tour. We saw so many things we would not have been able to see but for this tour. The guides were very friendly and patient. The food was great. I would definitely want to do this tour again.
