Day 1 (Tues) started with a light sprinkle than downpour after we took the tram to the top. There was a lot of back and forth with folks on the ground & we decided to cancel (safety & wouldn’t be able to see much). Initially we were going to have to fully cancel but the onsite manager gave us passes to come back the next day! Luis was amazing and helped us so much getting up & down the mountain.
Day 2 (Wed) started and you could not have paid for a more perfect day. Luis, Fabian and one other gentlemen (he wears glasses) greeted us with the warmest smiles and great service!Today was picture perfect and we had an amazing time. My travel friend was super nervous at the beginning & end, but Luis & Fabian’s patience won her over and she had a great time.
The views are amazing, zip lining and educational information are way above par!! The customer service was a 5 out of 5!!! We could not have asked for a more amazing day & tour. I highly recommend this tour as it is great for all (adventurous to hesitant).★

Had a great experience. Did the 8:30am tour and there was only 3 of us. Saw lots of birds and crocodiles and one crocodile came really close to the boat. Was amazing. I recommend ★

The communication prior to arrival along with the pick up and drop off was amazing. As soon as we arrived we were greeted by the initial host.
Then we hit a little stumble with the second person. She seemed frustrated by having such a big group and loud excited bunch to get going. Huge negative attitude towards us, I tried to apologize for our group and she said “ please tell them to be quiet or I will not deal with you” luckily her coworker came to the rescue and helped her annoyed coworker.
Then we proceeded to meet the ATV guides - they were fantastic! So patient with a large group allowed us to feel at ease even after stressing the importance of safety.
The ZipLine guys as well amazing! I was glad that after that bit of a stumble it didn’t affect the rest of the experience. The bar was awesome and served us quickly. At the end we had a blast.★

Geriold was a fantastic guide! He had great communication when we had questions beforehand and was right on time to start the day. You could tell how much he truly cared about all the animals and was very informative. The monkeys were an absolute treat and so playful. You could tell that they were happy and curious to meet us. The crocodiles were awesome and “Mike Tyson” the large male was absolutely huge. Lunch was great and Geriold even grabbed us some snacks on the way to the sloths. We were fortunate enough that we got to see 4! We never would have been able to spot them on our own so we were so thankful. Thank you sooo much!!! And if we ever come back we will absolutely book with him again. ★

I had an amazing time. The location was great and the prices were exceptional. I got the atv and horse riding package. Jean was my atv guide. He was exceptional. Professional and super fun. He knew I was solo and took lots of pictures for me. He also gave me background information on the property. Thank you Jean. Next is horseback riding and I have no doubt it’s going to be just amazing. I want to do this everyday lol
