It was fine. 4 OUT OF 5. Oveall it was nice experience. There was some need for improved communication skills.of driver as they could.not speak english. I had booked 2 taxis. One driver managed english with the help of google translator. Overall i am satisfied. Travelled on 28 sep. With 8 family members.

This chartered car trip from Guangzhou to Shenzhen was a fantastic experience! We booked two cars, and the company even upgraded our vehicle for free, which was incredibly thoughtful. The upgraded car was very high-end, spacious, and comfortable, with massage chairs inside, which everyone loved. The entire journey was very comfortable, a perfect experience! The customer service was also excellent—friendly and patient, responding promptly to any questions and actively helping to resolve them, which made us feel very at ease. The driver was also very kind and polite, even helping with our luggage; the service was very attentive. Overall, the service from customer service and the driver, as well as the comfort of the vehicle, exceeded our expectations. We were extremely satisfied with this chartered car experience and highly recommend it to anyone needing to travel from Guangzhou to Shenzhen! We will definitely choose this company again next time!

We took a transfer from our Shenzhen hotel to Hong Kong. The return trip was by train. I can definitely say that choosing a transfer is the most optimal and convenient way to get to Hong Kong, taking into account border crossings. You literally get out of the car for 5-7 minutes and that's it. Taking into account two checkpoints, the travel time is about 1 hour 20 minutes. What I didn't like and what definitely caused difficulties was communicating with customer support. When I asked when I would find out the car's registration number, I received the answer "wait." By evening (we were leaving in the morning), I still hadn't received any concrete information. After contacting customer support again, they messaged me on WhatsApp. But the messages they sent there are still showing as "time required to send." To all subsequent questions, support responded with "You have been answered on WhatsApp." When I asked to send the number in a message on trip.com, it took... an hour!!!!! of communication with customer support, and only then did they send the car's registration number. Be prepared for this.

The driver drove smoothly and departed on time; the bus was clean and tidy, odor-free, and the seats were reasonably comfortable; the boarding point was close to the subway/bus stop, which was very convenient. I would definitely take this bus again next time.
