It works in Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, and Kazakhstan. The signal might drop outside of cities because there's no coverage there; it's not because the eSIM is bad.

So i am in Pakistan and 5g is active in Pakistan and everyone has 5g connectivity but this sim wasn’t working on 5g. What could be the issue?

I used in pakistan, it was far better than physical sim and looks cheap. Because I was planning to first convert my physical sim to e sim and costs was around 2000 PKR.
