Easy to pick up at TPE terminal 1. The instructions told us to pick up at a kiosk near TPE mrt station B1 level. I didn't see the kiosk but notice a huge manned counter at the entrance of B1 TPE mrt station. I tried asking and could redeem the package (easycard+mrt tokens) with them so all's good.★

Ease of booking. Usually able to redeem an earlier ticket at the hsr station once we arrived there. I had reserve the latest ride online thinking I can easily change at the station which I was able to do easily in the past. However, this time it was a Sunday from Zuoying to Taipei. And the station was packed! The staff said I was unable to change my reservation because reserved seats are sold out. So I guess keep that in mind if the day is a weekend or holiday. You may have to reserve the exact time online. Also checkout Klook Buy 1 get 1 promo hsr trains.★

I used this eSIM during my recent trip to Hong Kong, and the overall experience was excellent. I had booked a Japanese-language tour, but it didn't reach the minimum number of participants, so I ended up joining the English-language tour. Our guide, Lin Chao, was very kind, and having experience as a photographer, he took many wonderful pictures for us. The weather in Alishan was sunny, the cherry blossoms were in bloom, and it was a fantastic tour. It's a tour I would definitely like to take again. Incidentally, I brought a jacket thinking it might be cold in the mountains, but I never needed to wear it; the temperature was around 15-24℃, which was quite warm.
