The internet is okay, but the signal is weak in some areas in Kyoto. We bought 2GB per day, but it wasn't enough. Every day, it runs out at 5 PM. After it runs out, it's incredibly slow, making it almost impossible to do anything. If you're using it a lot to browse maps, use Instagram or TikTok, I recommend 5GB per day. It's better to have some extra than not enough, because it can be really difficult to search without internet.★

Excellent connection everywhere except Vietnam. It's worse there. But that's probably the worst connection in the country overall. I used it in China, Japan, and Singapore, and it was great there. Connecting is easy. As soon as I entered the country, I had a connection right away. I was worried about connection issues after switching to a different card in Hong Kong. But I connected right away without any problems.★

This time I traveled to Takamatsu alone. I installed the device beforehand, and after landing, I turned off flight mode and immediately got a signal. The signal was also good during my island hopping trip in Takamatsu, even though it was a bit pricey.
