Very comprehensive covering Charyn canyon (hike), Black canyon, lunch at a local residents house (best chicken plov) and cute dog, horse riding Kaindt lake and beautiful Kolsay lake. High energy and cheerful guides Sabina and Saya kept the group engaged.

Despite the heavy snowfall, we had a very meaningful time thanks to the warm car and kind guide. The guide was friendly and fluent in English, and we were able to complete the tour without any trouble. We were very satisfied with the help they provided us with so many memories. This is a company that we would definitely book with again if possible.

ดีมากๆ เอาจริงแอบราคาสูงนิดนึงแต่คือไม่ต้องหารถมาเอง ติกต่ออะไรเอง มารับส่งถึงโรงแรม ทัวร์พาไปถึงทะเลสาป ใช้เวลารวมรับส่งประมาน4ชั่วมงทั้งทริป โอเคเลย สะดวกสบายด้วย ยังไงก็แนะนำครับ คุ้มค่า All good service and on time, tours took about 4hours all in from pick up time, easy and very nice transport, recommend.

It’s a long tour, starting at 4.30am and come back to the hotel at around 8pm. But it’s worth doing! We visited 6 points with some moderate amount of walking, they are all fascinating. The traditional lunch is delicious. Alma, our guide, and the driver is doing their job very well, appreciate it!

We rented it for one day during a layover. We connected as soon as we landed at Almaty airport. The signal was good, and we were able to use it and make video calls, no complaints.

We combined on the same day the Almaty city tour and the visit to the Shymbulak Ski Station. Even in the summer, that's a very beautiful and pleasant place. On the highest point you have a great view of the place. Our guide from Neomad, Nursultan, was a great company, we had an excellent day with him.


