The dock counter redemption process is general, because there are few people redeeming, the counter is not very familiar. In fact, the restaurant can pay directly, which is more convenient than buying coupons. The overall feeling is still very good beef restaurant. When there are many people, there may be waiting or making an appointment, when we go, just right, the seat is full. The best of all dishes is of course the freshly cut warm-body cattle, it is really tender, there is no fishy smell, it is fast ripe, and it is very smooth to eat. The ginger vinegar is also delicious. Other dishes are not as good as warm-body cattle, but they can also be matched. Taro beef balls are delicious, and the Koli dishes are also sweet. Pretty easy to book. Customer service (via WeChat) is very responsive. Just be aware that you need present passports and get the ferry tickets from the ticket counter.

Our drover (Abby) was amazing - VERY professional, knowledgeable, safe, comforting, and keenly aware of our time, needs, and interests. He made sure we saw all the things we wanted to see, explained each and every point of interest, had a strong sense of understanding of the local history, and promptly got us to and from our arrival back to our departure point. He was very knowledgeable of the "best" photo op locations, and was an absolute pleasure to tour with.
