I connected at the airport before flying to Bangkok. I tapped install directly in the Trip app (I used an iPhone). Upon arrival, I needed to enable roaming (otherwise it wouldn't work), disconnect my SIM card, and select this one for communication. There's Wi-Fi at the airport if I can't activate it right away. I have good coverage in Pattaya and Koh Lan Island, and it works everywhere. I also had excellent coverage on trips to Khao Kheow Open Zoo and the crocodile farm. It's very convenient because I don't need to search for Wi-Fi to call a taxi or find my way on Google Maps. The 2GB per day package is plenty; I always have some extra if I don't download videos. You can upload videos and photos using Wi-Fi at the hotel or Terminal 21 (the internet is excellent). It also works for sharing; the whole family connected to use the translator, search the internet, and text messages in chats. The 15-day package cost 338 rubles, a great price.★

It's a Thai SIM card, but it seems to be getting cheaper and cheaper lately, or is that just my imagination...?
