Excellent service; we bought a round-trip ticket. In Langkawi, they took the printed ticket and gave us a paper one for both ways. We arrived at the ports with 1-1.5 hours to spare, so everything was handled fairly quickly. The main difference was that upon leaving Langkawi, when ferry boarding opens, the staff begin security checks and passport control. On Koh Lipe, there's only passport control.

To get off the island to the airport - come to the sunrise beach, where you have arrived to the island. There are tables with registration on the beach, say you have to go to the egg house. Come in at least half an hour, because they give numbers - the queue on which you will go to the boat. On the back way we sat a bitch, on the benches for two people sat three people. After arriving on the pier, go forward and left from the pier to the round square. Go forward and find the transfer - mini. If all guests gather on time, minivan will go before schedule.
