I went to a Muay Thai for Beginners class and absolutely loved it. The instructors were very professional and clearly took their job seriously. We started with a proper warm-up and stretching, and we also finished the session with stretching. There were always 2–3 trainers coming around to check on us and give individual guidance.
I think Muay Thai is definitely a must-do activity when you come to Thailand. Since it’s the national sport, practicing it here also allows you to experience and understand Thai culture from the inside.Trip.com Picks
