I used AirAlo on my first trip but it didn’t work in Kosovo. This simcard is the best if you’d travel to the Balkans. Only confusing a bit to check how much data I used as it’s on a link and not an app.

I got the eSIM when I was Frankfurt, Geneva and France. There was no issue to get the network. The roaming is seamless. When the flight was landed, the 5G signal was captured.

Convenient SIM card, installed easily in seconds, and has always worked. The only trick I wasn't aware of: the 24-hour count starts from the moment of installation, not when you start using the internet.
