The overall experience was good. The pick up was easy and smooth. The tour was succinct and informative. Sasi knew at lot and seemed to really want his clients to appreciate and learn about Kuala Lumpur. The driver drove well. The bus was comfortable and cold. Pros: cheap price, very close to Chinatown, lots of cafes nearby. Cons: small room, like Harry Potter's, and of course road noise. You will also hear everything that happens in the hallway perfectly well in your room. A great option for one night, but not for a long stay.★

The excursion is good. The guide tries. BUT there is a huge minus. The description says that the excursion ends at 14:00. But in fact it is around 15:00. There would be no problems if they wrote about it in advance. But the following happened: we did not watch the excursion to the end, because we were waiting for a transfer at 14:10 to the airport and we would have made it if the excursion had ended at 14:00, as stated. Please indicate the actual end time of the excursion, so as not to mislead people who are planning their day!★

Even though I went alone, I didn't have any inconveniences because the schedule was short. Since the schedule was short, I only wanted to go to Batu Caves, and it was nice to be able to go there and back comfortably. There are a lot of stairs, so wear comfortable shoes. They stop you if your shoulders or knees come out. (It seems they lend you a shampoo.) They also give you a bottle of water. However, if you leave in the afternoon, you'll probably get stuck in traffic when you enter the city because it overlaps with rush hour, so I think it's better to go in the morning. I was also able to experience batik for a bit.
