The entire process from purchasing to boarding was very easy. Some of the information was incorrect, so I'd like it corrected. It said that children under 6 were free, but children over 6 years old are charged a child's fare. The correct Japanese is "under 6," so I had to pay an additional fee on-site. I'd like this information corrected. Children under 6 are actually free. The correct notation states that children are 6-15 years old, so it's not entirely incorrect, but... the train itself was comfortable. I was a little inconvenienced by the lack of toilets, but it only took about 25 minutes to get there, so it wasn't a big deal.★

Eagle feeding, fireflies & blue tears were slightly underwhelming. Lots of mosquitoes at night. About 1.5 hour from kl central, might be difficult to get grab when travelling back to kl central. Sky mirror was beautiful but a lot of waiting time for tide & others to take photos. A lot of long waiting time between tours.★

Best experience! There was no waiting time, and we were lucky as there were only four of us on the bus traveling from Singapore to KL. It was a very comfortable journey — the staff were friendly and patient, even waiting for us to finish at the border check. I highly recommend Causeway Link — it’s affordable, convenient, and offers a smooth travel experience!
