I only used this service for a one-way trip from Malpensa Airport to Milan Central Station. I considered the Malpensa Express, but chose this service to save money. I bought the ticket on the day of travel, and it was fine. I didn't know where the platform was, but a staff member kindly showed me the way. It seems to run once an hour, so if you get on early, you'll have to spend time on the train until departure. You have to pick up your own luggage. I was worried about my luggage being mixed up or stolen. If you're worried about that, I recommend sitting near the entrance/exit.

Amazing spa, really lovely, nobody gave us a guide when we entered and it took a few hours for someone to ask if we had been told anything. But the man who helped us in the end was very kind. Be careful with city tax though, we got charged 75 euro 🫣

Convenient departure point from Central Station. Good bus. When you board, they give you a ticket with your return departure time. We've used this route twice already.

Everything was beautiful. The train ride up to St. Moriz is breathtaking; seeing the snow, the glaciers, the mountains, even the train itself. Our guide, Josefina, was very friendly and helpful. The only thing missing in St. Moriz was a little more time or a suggestion for a quick lunch. Overall, a very good tour.


