Reviews: Best Day-Tour : Santa Ana Volcano Hiking + Lake Coatepeque
T***92025-06-11
My hike up the Santa Ana Volcano was truly one of the highlights of my trip, and owe so much of that experience to our incredible guide, Diego. From the very beginning, he was warm, kind, and welcoming — always checking in to make sure everyone felt comfortable and supported throughout the journey.
Diego was incredibly patient and accommodating, no matter your hiking level. He made sure the group moved at a pace that worked for everyone, offering encouragement and thoughtful breaks along the way. His deep knowledge of the volcano, the local environment, and El Salvador’s culture added so much richness to the experience — we didn’t just hike; we learned and connected with the place on a deeper level.
The views from the top were absolutely breathtaking, and the entire experience felt safe, smooth, and well-organized, thanks to Diego’s guidance. He went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable adventure.
If you’re considering hiking Santa Ana, do yourself a favor and go with this tour group — and definitely ask for Diego if you can. He made an already stunning hike into something truly special. Highly, highly recommended!

Reviews: San Salvador City Tour and El Boquerón National Park including Pupusa Tasting
T***72025-06-21
This is the perfect tour of the city of San Salvador and a gorgeous hike to a volcano followed by papusa tasting! I don’t usually like full day tours, but this was the right amount. Steve was delightful and knowledgeable and he kept the pace moving along. It was 8:30am-2:30pm. You get the history and some exercise and lunch!
