The service was very convenient. We stayed at the Berjaya Hotel, so the taxi ride to the pier took literally seven minutes. The ferry ride takes about an hour and a half, and everything was well organized. Upon arrival in Koh Lipe, the formalities were also quick and easy.

Convenient service. The only thing I still don't fully understand is why they invited us to register on Koh Lipe so early (two hours before). We went through the formalities in about five minutes, dropped off our suitcases, and went for a quiet lunch at a restaurant on the main street. The boat ride took about two hours. Upon arrival in Langkawi, passport formalities were completed fairly quickly.
