All good. 2 stop over for breaktime. The downside is the guest that time (group of indian) too noisy, screaming and nonstop talking considering it’s 11pm, hoping implement some rules to minimize some noise during the rides to avoid any conflict.

Pros: Easy to book, the bus arrives on time and at the right place. The appointment at T2 Noi Bai International will arrive 30-40 minutes after the actual departure time, for example, if you book at 10:30 PM, you will arrive at 11:00 PM - 11:10 PM. Cons: The bus is quite old, the bed and curtains are not very clean.

The agency provided an excellent service with great communication and smooth arrangements. The train experience was also very impressive – having access to the lounge made everything convenient. The lounge was clean, with good facilities, and the restroom was spotless. The food served there was also delicious. Overall, a very comfortable and pleasant journey.

The pick-up service was excellent. The driver contacted us beforehand and arrived on time, so we even had a little time to grab dinner before catching the train.


