Highly recommended, did a round trip from Hanoi to Sapa and back to Hanoi over a span of 5 days. Each trip is about 6h. It s manageable and not too difficult as you can sleep and relax through the trip, with wifi and two stops in between. G8 staff followed up closely with updates of pick up time via WhatsApp. I fee very well taken care of.★

I chose to board the Opera bus in Hanoi at 00:30. The information stated that I needed to arrive an hour early to board at the Opera. However, when I inquired about the exact time, they told me to meet at the Opera at 22:30. My schedule was very tight that day, and I needed to rush to reach the Opera by 22:30. They also told me I could meet at their office at 23:30, but the address they gave me was completely different from the actual address. I don't know why Vietnam is so inaccurate on Google Maps. On the way to Sapa, my screen didn't have a remote control, so I couldn't watch videos or listen to music. On the bus back to Hanoi from Sapa, my seat didn't have headphones, so I still couldn't watch videos or listen to music. You might think this is something that should have been noticed during the setup process. As a foreigner, with the driver not understanding Chinese or English, we couldn't do anything. You can see in the photos that I asked why there was no remote control, but I didn't get a response at all (it's been three days and still no remote). But at least I returned safely.★

A very unforgettable train journey from Lao Cai, Sapa back to Hanoi city! For those who are light sleepers you might can’t get a tight sleep throughout the journey! But, it still a must try transportation from hanoi to Sapa!★

Easy to install. Convenient to use. Good signal. Works well even in many places. There is a link to check how much you have used. Recommended. No need to put in a SIM card, it's a hassle.
