I used it in Pakse and Luang Prabang. I had no problems connecting in both locations. Even if I exceeded my daily data limit, the speed was slow, but it was very helpful to be able to connect to the internet. Installation was easy. I would definitely use it again. I haven't used customer support, but I rated it "very good."★

Excellent SIM card. We used it in the UAE and Oman. We got the 1GB per day plan—it was always enough for both internet and navigation. Search doesn't work well in tethering mode, but social media works fine. It's very easy to set up, the signal is good, and we're completely satisfied with the service.★

I used it in Vientiane and Luang Prabang, and generally had no issues connecting. The only problem was that there were a lot of tunnels on the Shinkansen route, so it was difficult to connect, but it seemed like the locals were having the same problem.
