It is convenient to order and use, but the service in the hot springs can't keep up. There are few service staff and clean sweaters cannot be replenished in time.

In general, the service of Trip.com is still good. Before the trip, I have made several round-trip trains and confirmation of ticket pick-up locations with Trip.com customer service, and I have received a timely reply every time. The only fly in the ointment is that the ticket pick-up point is more difficult to find. If you can get an e-ticket for a train ticket, you can pick up the ticket by swiping your ID card at the station, it would be better. The Duanjiayuan Inn is also ok, at least worthy of the price of Golden Week. If you can enhance the WIFI signal, it would be better to provide breakfast.
