However, I was stopped by security and taken to the service counter to verify the legitimacy of my ticket, which wasted 30 minutes of my time before I was allowed to enter the stadium. It would be helpful if Trip.com could prompt buyers to provide their 'Supporter ID' when purchasing tickets. Manchester United requires fans to download their app and use the QR code from it for access to the stadium.
