Booking is easy, you can choose a convenient time, there are many companies to choose from. Once you have booked, go to that company to get the actual ticket before boarding the boat. You should arrive at least 30 minutes before the boat departs. Everything is fine and in order.

The trip from Bali (Sanur) to Lombok was overall good, and the boat ride itself was smooth. However, a few things could’ve been clearer. We first went to the trip.com office but were redirected to another location to get our tickets. Despite booking VIP, we had to wait outside and not in the VIP room. Also, we weren’t offered the free water that was mentioned—small thing, but if it’s listed, it should be provided. Lastly, we had to change boats in Nusa to reach Lombok, which wasn’t mentioned at booking. It would’ve helped to know this in advance. With clearer instructions and delivery on the promised amenities, the experience would’ve been great.
