The itinerary was acceptable, but the tour guide's service at the first stop definitely needs improvement. The tour guide in Chengde was very capable, but it's really unacceptable that they didn't arrange accommodations according to the contract!

This trip allowed me to gain a comprehensive understanding of European culture, geography, and history in the shortest amount of time. It was very rewarding. The tour guide's explanations throughout the trip were excellent, and his humorous personality made the whole journey very relaxing. The only drawback was the driver, whose attitude was extremely poor. On the way from Florence to Rome, Italy, he almost abandoned our entire group and went his own way. This is something that needs a lot of improvement!
