The trip was incredibly smooth and seamless. I'm so grateful to our customer service representative, Shark, for her help. I requested a last-minute itinerary change, and she immediately resolved the date change. Even during Egypt's peak tourist season, the last-minute change allowed us to maintain the original hot air balloon launch dates. Thank you so much!

We had a wonderful day. Looked after so well by Merrit our guide. The driver was also very courteous. One down side was the meal at the hotel. The staff treated us very poorly. They seemed to think we shouldn't have been there and they had no record of any agreement to provide a meal. We were given food begrudgingly, with no choice at all. We would have preferred to have good to the Iberotel where we were staying and had an all inclusive package.

The service was excellent. They created a WeChat group for communication after we booked. Our flight to Luxor was delayed, and although we were supposed to check in at 8 PM and receive our room number, we didn't check in until the early hours of the morning. The staff waited for us until we finally checked in and got our room number. Honestly, I don't think it's necessary to find an agent yourself just to save money. The communication costs are high, and it's not always reliable. When you're traveling, you've already spent a lot of money, so it's best to prioritize a reliable and enjoyable experience when choosing activities.
