After placing the order, the company created a group chat to discuss our needs and confirm the itinerary. The next day, driver Ivan Cheong picked us up from our hotel on time. The car was spacious, clean, and tidy, and he patiently introduced us to the scenery along the way. It was a very comfortable ride, and the dual-license plates made border crossing a breeze, so we didn't have to worry about anything. He safely and smoothly took us to our hotel in Macau. We had an early morning flight from Hong Kong. We didn't want to have to navigate the busses and shuttles because we weren't sure if they were running at 0415am and we had large luggage for a month-long trip, so we booked this transfer. As US passport holders, we did not have to change vans at the border or even get out. The overall trip was just about one hour from Grand Hyatt Macau directly to Hong Kong airport.
