I was a little nervous before the trip, but everything turned out great! I booked a VIP room with a 1-meter berth. Everything was convenient—headphones, phone charging. The staff were wonderful—they responded quickly via chat and answered questions thoroughly at the stations. The only thing I'd like to see is better waiting areas in the offices, especially in Sapa. Also, on the way back, the air conditioning was incredibly harsh. Thank you for your excellent service!

I apologize for the many times I didn't reply promptly; my English isn't good enough to respond immediately. However, I was extremely satisfied with this experience. Once you make a reservation, you can communicate via KakaoTalk without any issues. My schedule changed four times, so I had to change the time, but they handled the changes without any issues. After making a reservation, you can call the airport or motel from your desired location, and they'll pick you up and drop you off at your desired location in Sapa, which is convenient.
