We waited to be picked up at our hotel, on their list of departure points, but they failed to arrive. They didn't notify us of any issues with the point of departure, just didn't bother to notify us. We phoned the company and were greeted by a defensive and rather rude woman who kindly told us the mini bus had left without us. Surprisingly,we had deduced this already. If you enjoy paying to wait, going nowhere at all and talking to rude people then this is the company for you. If, however, you wish to travel to Ouarzazate, perhaps you should book elsewhere.
