It was a great tour for the price. We were met at the hotel and put in a minibus. The group was small. We first visited an olive grove, sampled olives, bread with different types of oil, and snacks. So, by the time the wine tasting began, we weren't hungry anymore. We then visited three more wineries. The tasting portions and number of glasses were limited in each case. But there were guides at each location who explained the winemaking process. Overall, the tour was worth the money. I recommend it!★

Visited this winery and was truly amazed. The service was great and the wines were better. Our group loved the chenin dulce that they serve at the beginning of the trip and the last malbec that they served. Our guide, Cecilia, was spectacular and very informative. We each felt like we had learned something extra at the end of the visit. Overall a 10/10 experience and would do it again. ★

Reviews: Horseback riding and roast in the mountains of Mendoza

Wow, what a great trip and the views are spectacular from the mountain. The food at the end was really quite good, complete with wine and dessert. Definite must!
The guides are very experienced and the horses are well trained for the terrain.
A few key callouts though. 1) It’s a long day. About 7 hours from start to finish with the long ride from central Mendoza. Part of the ride to the finca is down a very rocky road. The horseride itself is about 3 hours, up and down the mountain.
2) We heeded to the instructions and brought hats and gloves, even though the temperature was about 70 at the beginning. On the way down, as the sun was setting it got really cold.
3) There are two trails, one through the mountains and another flatter ride. But only the mountain trail has the views.
We rode with a 10-year who had never ridden a horse but he did great.★

My guide, Ezekiel was exceptional. He knew the area very well. The horseback riding was e joyable and the area so beautiful. Horses were calm but active. Loved every moment. And the lunch at the end was memorable in a restaurant and winery called Tapiz. Truly memorable.★

We had a marvelous experience visiting Pulenta Winery with a magnificent view of Andes mountains, Maria was a great guide full of information and very friendly. Ruda was a great place with excellent view and the food variety we tried was delightful. Our driver Diego was very educated, spoke English very well and friendly. For sure we can come back a revisit this experience.it was worth it.
