Make sure you are ready to go upon pick up if you’ve chosen the option; immediately get in line for the bus who’s waiting upon arrival at meeting point. People are waiting in line already as you arrive. The ride to Saint Moritz is 2.5 hours but will have ONE rest stop on the way. Upon arrival the tour guide will tell you the meeting point DO Not Miss this because we did but thankfully I had WhatsApp and company # and was able to contact them. Also, important to remember your guide name or even bus driver. Enjoy time your time because we certainly did and our ride on the Bernina train was amazing and unforgettable. We will definitely come again. A worthwhile trip. The train ended at Terrano and we were picked up by our bus for 2.5 hrs ride back to meeting place; Remember guide said use restroom because no stops on return trip and no drop off option so one must get taxi back to hotel upon arrival. Good tour guide and great bus driver and excellent company. Thank you Zani-Viaggi.★

We enjoyed getting to hear about the history of Venice, the live glass blowing and taking the optional gondola ride. However, don't eat any food in the main square as the birds snatched our lunch within seconds of walking into the square. We went on a chilly, rainy day but it was still beautiful. Our guide was friendly and helpful.★

It was a beautiful day spent with Mariechristina she was very knowledgeable and gave us lots of information on the region. It was great being picked up and returned at our apartment in Milan and taken to the train. She gave us great suggestions about eating and where to purchase wonderful Swiss chocolate it was a very enjoyable day!★

So glad I chose them from among all options. We took an early private cruise in Tremezzo that passed by all famous locations and more for about 1 hour. Then spent 2 hours in Bellagio (right amount of time, less would not be enough). Then took a water taxi that stopped in multiple towns so we got to see more beautiful and picturesque locations for free (Menaggio, Varenna, Bellano) and then drove to Como city where we got another hour to explore the beautiful town center. Thanks to Angelo, Luciano and Guillermo for the wonderful experience. We loved it. ★

Patricia, our guide, provided a very nice walking tour of Lugano...then enjoyed a boat ride on and around a good portion of the lake before ending up at the Grotto for the Risotto making and lunch. We had an awesome time there...food and wine were terrific. Our guide even escorted us from the boat at the end to the Funicular for going up to the top of San Salvatore mountain for views around the entire lake and area. Great day overall!
