Although a bit pricey, it's still highly recommended! The driver is reliable and looks like Bruce Willis. He was very punctual in picking up passengers at the agreed location. The entire trip was scenic, with multiple stops for rest and photos, making it so much easier than driving myself!★

We departed from the Queenstown meeting point at 7:30 AM and didn't arrive at the Milford Sound ticket office until just after 1:00 PM, stopping at several scenic spots for about ten minutes for photos. The boat trip lasted about two hours before heading back to Queenstown. In total, we spent over nine hours on the bus, which was incredibly uncomfortable – only the brave could make it! The driver spoke Chinese and was very nice! I wasn't particularly impressed by the fiordland scenery.Trip.com picks
