Really enjoyed the Modena food tour what a fantastic experience to try so much of what the area has to offer! We left full and would recommend! Wish we had time to do the Bologna tour also. Delicious- thanks to Darren.

Both tours were superb. We began with the parma tour. Our personal guide was delightful. We saw how Parmesan cheese was made, including visiting the cows on this self-sustaining farm. While it wasn't grape harvesting season, the balsamic making tour was equally interesting, and seeing and smelling the different barrels age on the top floor gave us a good understanding of the ageing process. During our tastings with different foods our experience was capped off by a visit from the owner!

Excellent, delicious vinegar and tastings, very helpful and friendly staff, we really enjoyed and would definitely recommend
