Alex was an excellent guide: very knowledgeable, engaging, and friendly, but above all, he conveyed his passion for the history of these wonderful palaces and the people who lived there. His descriptions of Princess Sissi, through the museum dedicated to her, her husband, and the Habsburg dynasty were comprehensive, rich in detail and even little-known anecdotes, which made the entire time he kindly dedicated to us enjoyable. What can I say? A highly recommended tour, and thanks to Alex for his availability, kindness, and for sharing his passion with us!

First, we took a bus tour around the city's major attractions. This was a great experience, giving visitors a glimpse into Vienna. Then we headed to Schönbrunn Palace. There were no shopping stops along the way, which was fantastic. Upon arriving at Schönbrunn Palace, there was a guided tour, which was also a very good experience. Overall, it was excellent.
