1. For children less than 6 years is free but in Trip.com no option is shown for children. Whereas on the Euro rail official site, it is available. And it is much required for reservations of seats for high speed inter city trains. 2. The free e sim is not received for this global pass which is shown while booking. We have to buy esim separately.

Where ever we go visit we like to take a Hop-on-hop-off bus to give us an overview of what the city has to offer. It is a great way to sit back and enjoy the sights and get off if there is something you would like to enjoy close up. The directions and commentary in English was a bit difficult to understand and I recommend a correction in English to change saying "next stop" when you really mean "this stop!" We were listening for "next stop" for the English Gardens, but it was actually the prior stop, so we had to ride the bus again to get off where we wanted. Also, it was unclear which bus to take at the beginning. There seemed to be a mad dash to the buses, yet not until you got to the front of the line did you know if the bus was the right one or not.

I recommend the round-trip ticket as it's a good deal! Just show the QR code to the driver and tell them you've booked a round trip, and they'll give you your return ticket. I think you have two weeks to use it! The first bus departs from the central station at 5:55 AM and takes about 45 minutes to reach the airport.

Everything was perfect. The bus was very comfortable, the driver impeccable, and the guide was also very attentive and her narration engaging. The excursion to the castles was like something out of a fairytale: the entire landscape was covered in snow, and the castle visits were beautiful. It's a shame that photography wasn't allowed, but everything was stunning. I highly recommend it.

It was a fantastic tour! The guidance at each destination was very thorough, and it was clear they were committed to ensuring no one got lost. The bus journey was also enjoyable, with sightseeing commentary that kept things interesting. Having power outlets on the bus to charge my phone was a great bonus. Even after arriving at Neuschwanstein Castle, they were helpful, recommending restaurants and explaining the sightseeing route in detail. Since ticket reservations were included, entry was very convenient. I highly recommend booking this tour if you're planning a trip to Neuschwanstein Castle!
