I went on this tour yesterday and really enjoyed it. Our guide, Pedro, gave us tips and recommendations for the 3 hours we spent at Neuschwanstein Castle and the surrounding village. The castles are stunning, and we had guided tours. It is not allowed to take pictures inside the castles.★

This was a great day out but I did not realise we’ll be taking the train there and back which added over two hours per direction. The train was delayed going out so took us nearly 3 hours. Time that could’ve been saved if we took a bus.★

I booked this trip for my family and I, and it was the highlight of our Germany trip. In this tour we visited first the Linderhof Palace, and then a stop in a smaller town, and ended the tour at Neuschwanstein Castle. The entire trip was really comfortable. The bus is air conditioned and even has a bathroom for emergencies. Periodically throughout the scenic drive through the mountains, our guide Courtney would give us a deep understanding of Bavarian history and other customs and stories of the region. Courtney was a really excellent and knowledgeable tour guide as well! She was incredibly friendly and attentive to each individual on the bus, even though there might have been at least 50 of us. Overall, I would give this experience a 10/10, and would recommend this trip to others!★

My girlfriend and I went on this trip. We enjoyed every minute of it. Our tourguide Anette gave us good informations about every places. Inside the castles there where guiding by another persons. They were also good. We will recommend this trip for everybody planning to go to Munich★

A great experience; the perfect day trip from Munich. Visit a lot of history and see a whole different/gorgeous part of Germany.
They have everything set up for you; couldn’t be easier. You get a little over an hour at the Eagle’s Nest (plenty of time), about 2 hours at the Documentation Center, and an hour in Berchtesgaden. Elisabeth has great relations with the people at the sites, so we had a personal bus up to the Eagle’s Neat and were the first ones in. At the base, she had reservations for lunch and the staff gave us priority so you could eat and still have plenty of time to explore.
Additionally, Elisabeth gives you a lot of Munich’s WWII history as you are driving out and a good summary on the return. She clearly loves her job; fantastic guide with impeccable organization. We were on time the entire day, no small feat given the distance and number of people. Finally, you take a section of the Alpine highway on the return to Munich; gorgeous scenery.
Bashkin’s bus was immaculate and he was a great driver; smooth ride to and from.
You can’t go wrong with this trip!★

Very insightful tour with a lot of information provided. Although I must say it was almost impossible to read any of the probably stories by people there as the tour guide dominated the whole thing. It was nice to have had that but I also wanted to lead myself
