We liked it; it was more convenient than getting there ourselves. Everything was very punctual, and the food was also good. They even allowed us to stow our two suitcases (M and S) in the luggage compartment, as we were traveling from Kyoto and then leaving for Tokyo that evening. The main thing to understand is that you'll have to choose your own route once you get there; they'll explain only the basics in detail.

After clicking on the voucher, follow the steps to activate the QR code to enter the station directly, saving time on buying tickets. Buying tickets on the platform is also cheaper. However, please note two things: first, each ticket gate typically only has one or two gates that accept QR codes; second, remember to keep the voucher after entering the station, as you'll need to scan it again to exit.
